Free Digital Care Helpdesk
If you need help with digital care, please contact the free Digital Care Helpdesk. You can ask any question you may have about digital care and digital contact with your practitioner here. For example, questions about video calling or about Minddistrict digtial environment. If you have any other questions, for example about the treatment itself or about medication, please ask your practitioner.

Requesting medication data
For your treatment, it is important that your practitioner knows what medicines you are taking. As sich we work together with pharmacists and other healthcare providers who prescribe medications. We do this through the National Exchange Point, a central network that securely links Arkin, pharmacies and other healthcare providers in the Netherlands. This is how we ensure that the medicines you use can be combined together and are safe to use. You can find more information about this on the Arkin website.
