General terms and conditions of delivery for mental health care
If you receive care from a health institution, you make agreements with this institution about the care and, if necessary, about your stay in the institution. These agreements include 'general terms and conditions for mental health care (ggz)'. These general terms and conditions refer to the small print and agreements you have made about the treatment or guidance and possible stay at PuntP.
The 'general terms and conditions of delivery for mental health care' do not state what care you need, but they do what PuntP and you need to adhere to. In addition to the general conditions the law applies, of course.

Fine print explained
The general terms and conditions of delivery were drawn up by GGZ Nederland, LPGGZ (National Platform GGz), NPCF (Dutch Patient Consumer Federation) and Consumers' Association. All healthcare institutions that are members of GGZ Nederland adhere to these conditions. There is a public version that briefly explains what the conditions regulate specifically for PuntP.
