We use several programs to provide digital care. Almost all specialties use Minddistrict as a digital care environment. You can view your health care file here after registration and you can start working on recovery immediatety. We host our video calling on MS Teams.

We are happy to help you if you can't figure it out. All our clients can use the free Digital Care Helpdesk.

Online intake interview with MS Teams

Do you have your first online interview at Arkin soon? We use Microsoft (MS) Teams for our online interviews. We recommend that you install MS Teams on the device (phone, laptop or computer) that you want to use before your online interview as soon as possible. Digital Care Environment Minddistrict

At Arkin, we use Minddistrict as our digital care environment. It is accessible via a computer, tablet, or using an app on your phone. If you are a client of one of our specialisms, you will receive an invitation to join Minddistrict automatically. Read more on the Minddistrict page.

JouwOmgeving for clients at Youth & Family

At Youth & Family, we use JouwOmgeving as a digital care environment. Here you can safely email or chat with your practitioner, work on your goals online and read messages from your practitioner. Personal Health Environment (PHE)

A personal health environment, or PGO, is an app or website. On it you can store and view your health data from different healthcare providers in one place. From your GP, physiotherapist and the Arkin specialty where you are being treated, for example. Read more about this on the page about the PGO.

Free Digital Care Helpdesk

As an Arkin client, you can ask all non-medical questions about digital care free of charge at the Digital Care Helpdesk. This includes login support, help with self-measurements and video calls. Our experienced and enthusiastic team has the latest knowledge about the digital systems used at Arkin, including Minddistrict and MS Teams.

For all digital questions that are non-medical in nature, you can contact the free Digital Care Helpdesk. They can answer questions, explain and show you how you can get started. This way you can benefit digital care.
